Important Hire Information (inflatables only)

• ❌ No hard-standing outdoor hires – we only set up outdoors on real grass or indoors at venues

• 🚪 No delivery through residential homes for bouncy castles – access must be via a wide, clear outdoor access point

• 📅 Delivery between 8am-12pm, collection between 5-9pm

• we will bring with us a 25m extension lead but will need a power source.

• 📐 Ensure Adequate Space for Your Booking It is essential that you have the required space available for the equipment being delivered. If the equipment does not fit, full payment will still be required. To avoid any issues, please make sure to check the specific size requirements under the "Sizes" tab before completing your booking. This will ensure a smooth setup and a stress-free experience on the day of your event!

Let us know the delivery address, access info, and hire times.

✅ 5. Payment Option
Pay a deposit (balance in cash on delivery) or the full amount online.

✅ 6. Confirmation Email
We’ll email you to confirm your booking.

✅ 7. On the Day

• We notify you when your driver is en route 🚚

• We set up the castle

• Enjoy your party! 🎈

• We return at the agreed time to pack away.

⚠ Important:

• A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times.

• No bbq, glass, pets, silly string, face paint, henna, party poppers or similar near the inflatable.

• Outdoor hires are grass only – no hard-standing.
